Degree in Law from the University of Bologna, defending the dissertation “Right to be Forgotten and protection of Personal Data in Europe after the Google Spain decision”. Master of Law (LLM) in “Intellectual Property and Information Law” at King’s College of London in 2015, defending the dissertation “Beyond consent in European Data Protection Law?”.
In 2023 he attended the "European patent with unitary effect" advanced program offered by the University of Milan.
Professional Experience
After having completed the mandatory period of legal training in a Law Firm in Milan specialized in Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, since 2018 he has been collaborating with the Costa-Creta Law Firm, dealing mainly with Industrial and Intellectual Property Law, Privacy and Data Protection.
